Hall-Fast’s £50,000 African Order!
Hall-Fast are very pleased to have received an order from a customer in Africa worth over £50,000 to supply over 3,500 work jackets and trousers, the jackets will be embroidered with the company’s logo’s and all of the items will be individually packed to the customer’s specific requirements.
“This is the second such order within the last twelve months from this customer and it is a testament to our ability to supply any of our 100,000 plus products anywhere in the World” commented Malcolm Hall – Hall-Fast’s MD “we have already supplied into 76 countries, and with open enquiries from other regions our presence in new overseas markets is sure to grow within the coming months”.
In addition to supplying local trade customers, Mansfield based Hall-Fast, who have been crowned the Midlands Exporter of the Year for the last two years, now exports its range, which includes specialist fasteners, workwear, tools, abrasives and access and handling equipment into 76 countries, since they started exporting in 2009.
Hall-Fast are currently implementing a strategy to develop a number of fully multilingual websites over the next twelve months as part of the company’s strategy to expand its sales further overseas, however Malcolm also believes that their investment in the growth of their export business has also helped the firm have a positive impact on the local community, ‘’Our success in international markets has enabled us to employ local people and winning awards also helps to raise our profile which in turn helps to raise awareness of the local charity and fundraising events that we support’’ he commented.
