Delivery

Hall-Fast are a Trade Only supplier that offer free delivery on all online orders over £54.99 net, delivered to the UK mainland only; A small order charge of £6.95+ vat is charged on all orders under £54.99 (net). Some products are subject to an additional shipping surcharge due to their size and weight, contact us for details.

Many of our items are available for next day delivery, where items are made to order or not currently in stock delivery times will vary. Please contact us for a confirmed delivery date or alternatively a representative will confirm your order. Special delivery services are available; please contact our Sales Office to discuss your specific requirements.

The following postcodes will be subject to a delivery surcharge:

AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV56 & IV63, JE1-JE5, KW1-KW17, PA21-PA40, PH4-PH41, PH49, PH50, HS, KA27, KA28, PA20, PA41-PA78, PH42-PH44 and ZE, This also includes Northern Ireland. Certain products within our range are subject to a delivery surcharge when delivered to additional areas in Scotland than those already listed.

A customer service representative, will contact you upon receipt of your order to advise of the relevant charges or please call us to confirm the surcharge prior to placing your order.

Cancellation / Returns

Please Note: Hall-Fast supplies to Trade Customers Only, please read carefully our returns policy

Unfortunately orders for stocked items cannot be cancelled or amended once the order has been placed as orders are picked or ordered from the manufacturer immediately

It may be possible to amend or cancel orders for non-stocked items or orders on long lead times. This can only be done after consultation/agreement with Hall-Fast Industrial Supplies as below:

Orders cancelled after the goods have been despatched will need to be returned at your own expense. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded and the cost of delivery where delivery was offered free of charge will be deducted from any refund,

Returns & Exchanges

Within 30 days of the date of the delivery/advice note, most unused items in original packaging and condition can be returned at your expense for an exchange. Some items are non returnable and cannot be exchanged please check with us prior to order. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

All returns must be pre authorised and will only be accepted with a returns number issued by our sales office.

Delivery charges will apply to send the replacement item out to you .

To enable us to issue credit, the goods must be in their original condition with the packaging so that they are fit for resale. If the packaging is damaged in any way a handling charge may be incurred or exchange refused. Returned goods must be adequately packed and sent in most cases freight prepaid to the below address , this return address can vary and will be confirmed on your authorised returns paperwork  :

All Covid related products are non returnable including products such as masks, gloves , hygiene screens – this list is not exhaustive 

Any returned goods, which are non-stocked products or items ordered specially, can sometimes be returned as the above instructions but could incur a handling charge, in this case Hall-Fast will purely be passing on the charges passed onto us by the manufacturer.Please note any Items that are manufactured to order or ordered specially are usually non returnable. Also some products despatched direct from our manufacturers are non returnable – please check with us prior to order.
