PalletPal Pallet Loading

PalletPal products have been designed to help eliminate bending, reaching and stretching on production and packing lines. Since 1988, PalletPal have helped people to load and unloading pallets whilst eliminating back-breaking and time consuming work; whilst also speeding up processes and making them easier. Hall-Fast’s range of PalletPal products work by maintaining boxes at a standard (pre-set) height, even as objects are loaded or removed, enabling pallets to be broken down or loaded quickly and easily, reducing the risk of injury to your employees, the operator has 360 degree access to the loads and a risk of injury is reduced as there are no protrusions, or obstructions on the base with all of the components are contained within the diameter of the turntable ring. The PalletPal automatic Pallet leveller works using heavy-duty springs which automatically adjust as items are put on or taken off for the pallets, ensuring that the operator is always working at a comfortable working height. Various springs are available for use with loads ranging from 400 pounds up to 4,500 pounds.
