Mansfield Industrial Supplies firm Hall-Fast has won another sizable export contract.
The £50,000 order from an Irish based construction firm is to produce 1,000 bespoke Camira Lucia Fabric Noticeboards in three sizes; these will be delivered direct to site in three batches over the next eight weeks.
Hall-Fast Director Rachel Hall worked closely with the customers Quantity Surveyor to develop the bespoke products to the exact specification required, the boards are manufactured from an hardwood framed Class 1 Rated Camira Lucia Fabric Noticeboards have a class 1 rating making them safe for use in offices and rooms of public buildings so they were ideal for the university where they are to be installed.
This latest export win is the latest in a long line of successes for Hall-Fast in overseas markets, with the firm’s range of 200,000 standard items being supplied to customers in 90 overseas markets.
Commenting on this latest success Rachel said "initially the customer enquired about a standard item but we worked very closely with them to produce bespoke products in specific sizes and colours to suit their specific requirements". Samples were produced for testing prior to the order being placed.
