With a self-closing and self-locking side gate for entry, you can be assured this two-person forklift access platform can be put to safe use should the need arise.
Designed for being used when un-planned or emergency working at height duties are called for (i.e. light bulb changing) this forklift safety cage is PM28 compliant and comes supplied with full test certification.
The forklift platform is 1220mm long x 1000mm wide and suitable for use with forklift forks up to 150mm wide x 50mm thick. The fork pockets of the platform are set apart by 794mm (outside to outside)
Our two-person (gated) forklift platform offers a cost-effective solution that utilises your forklift truck as opposed to hiring dedicated machinery

• Self closing, automatic locking safety side gate for easy access into platform whilst providing a protective barrier when operating at height
• Security locking system to fork heels ensure the work platform is safely secured to the lift truck

• Harness anchorage points and in-board handholds points for operator safety
• Perforated back mesh ensures there is a barrier between the platform user and the hazardous areas of the lift truck
• Anti slip floor tread with drain holes to avoid accumulation of water and risk of slipping
• Kick rail to all sides prohibits items left on the floor from falling out at height (i.e. work tools)
• Painted in safety Golden Yellow finish to aid visibility when in operation on the lift truck
• Provided with full safety livery and technical rating plate
