Allowing you to carry out and document pre-use checks on your forklift safety platform, the forklift platform inspection kit ensures your forklift platform is safe and fit for use each and every time. Attaching a tag to the forklift safety cage provides a clear and prominent reminder to carry out such pre-use inspections, whilst visually confirming that the platform is fit for use.

- 11 x Safety Check Books provides 275 individual checklists, allowing one to be completed each day of the year
- 1 x Check Book Wallet & Pen to store the current book in use and provide a solid writing surface when completing the checklists
- 300 x Tamper Evident Seals which can be used to deter and identify unauthorised access to the status tag
