These Electac Filter Units for Laser and Plasma Cutting Machines are the perfect solution for collecting debris. They use compressed air and are exceptionally easy to clean. These units have separate entry doors for cleaning and removing debris to prevent contamination whilst ensuring the unit is extremely easy to use. These Electac Filter Units for Laser and Plasma Cutting Machines are excellent for reducing the chemicals which come into contact with workers and personnel, we offer two different sized units, would any be suitable for you?

• Cleanable PTFE coated filters, using compressed air
• Sound insulated cabinet
• Exhaust silencer provided
• Separate entry doors for cleaning & debris removal
• Overload/DOL starter provided
• System 7 for small cutting beds
• System 9 for segmented large cutting beds

System 7:

• Filter system to consist of 2 pleated circular PTFE coated filters elements with access door to enable manual cleaning using an airline.
• A collection tray to be fitted to allow debris to be removed from the unit.
• Fan to be a single inlet backward curve direct drive impellor powered by a 2.2 kw. 415 volt 3 phase motor.
• Inlet & outlet duct to be 250mm. dia., exhaust fitted with a sound attenuator.

System 9:

• Filter system to consist of 4 pleated circular PTFE coated filters elements with access door to enable manual cleaning using an airline.
• A collection tray to be fitted to allow debris to be removed from the unit.
• Fan to be a single inlet backward curve direct drive impellor powered by a 4 kw. 415 volt 3 phase motor.
• Inlet & outlet duct to be 300mm. dia., exhaust fitted with a sound attenuator.
