The heavy-duty foot-operated hydraulic pump raises the table smoothly from its 180 mm closed height to a 610 mm maximum working height, with a safety table lock device engaging to prevent any accidental descent. The stippled table surface provides genuine grip during loading — a detail that matters when riding a heavy motorcycle up a ramp onto a raised table.

Two features elevate the MCL1 beyond a basic lift table for any workshop carrying out regular tyre and wheel work. The removable rear panel (660 x 215 mm) opens up full access to the rear wheel for tyre changes, brake work and sprocket replacement without needing to remove the bike from the table. At the front, the adjustable wheel clamp holds the front wheel securely in position while fork, brake and headstock work is carried out. Together they make the MCL1 a complete wheel-off servicing platform, not just a lift.

The base assembly is fitted with transport wheels for repositioning between bays or into storage, and lockdowns prevent any movement while the lift is in use and loaded.
