Operation is straightforward and entirely foot-controlled. A foot pedal drives the hydraulic pump to raise the platform smoothly from its 120 mm minimum entry height to a 380 mm maximum working height — a 260 mm lift that brings the underside and wheels of most motorcycles and ATVs to a genuinely accessible level. A rubber pad on the foot pedal area prevents slippage during operation, and lowering is equally controlled through the hydraulic mechanism. Most importantly, a mechanical safety lock engages to prevent any accidental descent while the vehicle is raised and work is in progress.

The 335 x 330 mm platform is fitted with two rubber mats that grip and cushion the underside of the vehicle, preventing marking and protecting fairings, exhausts and bodywork from contact damage during the lift. The 810 x 370 mm base provides a stable, wide footprint during use, and two rear swivelling castors allow the lift to be repositioned easily between vehicles or stored away when not needed — a practical consideration in a home garage where floor space is at a premium.
