Three features define the WB200's ease of use in day-to-day operation. The auto wheel lock holds the wheel in the correct position automatically at the end of each spin cycle, eliminating the manual searching and overshooting that slows down older or simpler machines. The laser pointer indicates the exact weight placement position on the rim with precision, removing guesswork from the most critical step in the balancing process. And the motorised, self-centring balance shaft ensures the wheel is correctly and repeatably mounted before every spin — the foundation of any accurate balance result.

Beyond passenger and LGV fitments, the WB200 also supports static balancing for motorcycle tyres — a capability that most tyre-focused workshop balancers don't include, making this a genuinely multi-use machine for garages that also service bikes alongside cars and vans. Four adjustable centring cones are supplied as standard to accommodate the full range of hub centring diameters across the supported wheel types.

The machine runs from a standard 13A plug, requiring no dedicated electrical circuit, and a supplied calibration weight allows the machine to be verified and recalibrated in-house rather than requiring an engineer visit.
