With these Heavy Duty General Storage Units you can safely store flammable and hazardous substances.
These conform to the relevant regulations and have warning signs to make sure people recognise where hazardous chemicals are stored for improving the safety of people and the environment.
The Heavy Duty General Storage Units come in various sizes with single or double lockable doors and multiple shelving. These allow for easy access when required but keep the chemicals safe and secure otherwise and maximise the storage space.
- A robustly constructed range of cabinets providing safe storage for Flammable Liquids
- Manufactured from 1.2mm sheet steel for extra strength & improved protection from fire penetration
- Base of each unit is fitted with a large capacity removable sump to contain any spillage
- Designed to comply with Flammable Liquid Storage Regulations (1972) as appropriate & Health & Safety Guidance notes HSG51 & CS19
- Comply with Factory Inspectorate Certificate of Approval No. 1 Parts 3 & 4
- All formed welded seams
- Doors are fitted with vertical reinforcement panels to prevent distortion
- Produced with return flange around doors & joints to prevent the passage of flame
- Fitted with all metal security locks & two keys
- Adjustable galvanised shelves to 75mm centres. Shelves are also reversible which allows them to be used as a tray
- Floor stands are available for the five smallest sizes, raising the units by 450mm
- Finished in stove enamel grey
- Supplied complete with general purpose labelling
