These IBC spill pallets are manufactured to guarantee the 1000-litre IBC storage compliance and people and environmental safety.
IBC in fact are regularly used for hazardous, polluting, flammable and food liquids such as oils and undergo filling, emptying and forklift handling operations.
Intermediate bulk containers can therefore cause dangerous accidents in case of rupture due to unwisely forklift handling and in case of accidental spillages during manual operations.
It is thus our responsibility to minimize safety risks by using the proper IBC safety containment solution.
These IBC spill pallets are built to minimize these health risks for people, to protect the environment, to prevent groundwater pollution and to ensure storage compliance with the applicable norms and regulations.
All the models are quality certified, watertight tested so that they are the most reliable safety containment system to be used for chemicals, flammables, acids, oils and polluting liquids contained in 1000 litres IBC.
These steel IBC bunds are available in the standard painted steel or galvanized steel versions and can be provided with PP polypropylene or PE polyethylene internal coating for acids safe containment.
All models are watertight tested and quality certified, according to UNI EN ISO 3834:2-2021, so that these steel IBC bunds are the most reliable containment system in the event of IBC spills, leakages and rupture.
Designed to ensure both safety at work and environmental norms compliance (D.Lgs.N.81/2008, D.Lgs.N.22/1997, D.Lgs N.151/2006 and EU Regulations 91/156/EEC on waste 91/689/EEC on hazardous waste and 94/62/EC), as well as EU regulations.
