Draper Tyre Bead Seater, 19L

Seating a stubborn tubeless tyre bead is one of those workshop tasks that a compressor alone often can't solve. When the bead won't seal against the rim — particularly on large agricultural, ATV or commercial tyres with heavy sidewalls — a conventional airline simply can't deliver enough instantaneous air volume to force the bead into position before the air escapes. The process is straightforward. The 19L tank is charged from any workshop compressor via the 1/4" BSP male coupler, the nozzle is positioned in the tyre void, and the release valve fires the stored air volume into the gap between tyre and rim — forcing both beads simultaneously outward against the wheel. It works on cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural tyres and ATVs, covering the full range of tubeless tyre sizes encountered in a typical mixed workshop or farm environment.

Safety is built into the design at two points. The fully certified tank is fitted with a safety valve that prevents over-pressurisation, and a separate pressure release valve allows the stored pressure to be safely discharged before disconnection or storage. The liquid-filled gauge gives a more stable and accurate pressure reading than a dry gauge — particularly useful in workshop environments where vibration and temperature fluctuation can cause dry gauges to read inconsistently over time.
