Removing and refitting large agricultural or commercial vehicle wheels is one of the most physically demanding and injury-prone tasks in any workshop or farm environment. A fully loaded tractor front wheel or HGV dual rear wheel can weigh several hundred kilograms — far beyond what two people can safely manoeuvre by hand, and almost impossible for one. The Draper Expert WRT100 solves this directly: a purpose-built hydraulic wheel removal trolley rated to 1,500 kg that enables a single operator to safely remove, transport, rotate and refit wheels of this scale without assistance.

Six adjustable and lockable rollers — three on each side — cradle the wheel securely regardless of its diameter, accommodating the full range of deep-tread tyres found on tractors, combine harvesters, HGVs and other large commercial and agricultural vehicles. Once the wheel is seated in the rollers, it can be rotated freely for inspection, valve stem access or tyre positioning, then locked in place for transport or mounting. The roller adjustment allows the trolley to be configured to different wheel diameters without tools, making it practical across a mixed fleet in a busy agricultural workshop.

Lifting is controlled by a combination of the hydraulic foot pedal and a jacking handle, giving the operator precise height control from ground level up to 770 mm — sufficient to align even the largest agricultural wheel with the hub of a tall tractor or commercial vehicle axle. Four heavy-duty nylon castors on the base allow the loaded trolley to be manoeuvred across a workshop floor by a single person, repositioned between axles and brought directly to the vehicle rather than requiring the wheel to be dragged across the floor first.
