Three pneumatic and motorised systems work together to make tyre changing fast and consistent. The fully motorised turntable rotates the wheel under the mounting head at the press of a pedal, eliminating manual turning. The pneumatically operated clamping jaws — controlled by a self-centring four-jaw chuck with two clamping cylinders — grip the rim automatically and centrally every time, ensuring accurate, repeatable positioning regardless of wheel diameter. The pneumatic bead breaker, rated to 2,100 kg of force, handles even stiff, well-seated tubeless beads on larger SUV and commercial fitments cleanly and without the physical effort of a manual tool.

Alloy wheel protection is built in at every contact point. Plastic protectors on the mounting head prevent marking during tyre removal and fitting, and a large anti-skid rubber pad on the bead breaker arm preserves both tyre sidewall and rim finish during the bead break. For a garage handling a high proportion of alloy-shod cars, these features directly protect against the customer complaints and comebacks that damaged alloys generate.

The mounting arm swings fully to the side, allowing the TC100 to be positioned flush against a wall — a significant advantage in smaller workshops where floor space is allocated carefully. The machine runs from a standard 230V 13A plug with a pneumatic supply of 90–115 psi (6–8 BAR), requiring no special electrical installation beyond a standard socket and a compressor already in use.
