Draper Expert Pneumatic High Lift Jack, 30 Tonne

The Draper Expert PJ30HL is a purpose-built agricultural and heavy machinery pneumatic jack designed to do what no standard floor jack — hydraulic or pneumatic — can: lift up to 30 tonnes to a maximum height of 772 mm. Where the compact PJ30P twin stage jack is built for HGV workshops where floor entry clearance is the priority, the PJ30HL is engineered for the much greater ground clearances of tractors, combine harvesters, agricultural implements, heavy plant and large commercial vehicles that sit high off the ground and demand serious working height to service safely.

The single stage high lift pneumatic ram delivers a 267 mm stroke, starting from a 360 mm minimum entry height and extending to 772 mm with the supplied extensions fitted — a lift range purpose-matched to the tall axles and chassis of agricultural machinery. Both the 45 mm and 100 mm height lift extensions are supplied as standard, giving two additional height options without separate accessories. The 83.6 mm saddle is wider than on the PJ30P, providing a more stable contact platform suited to the larger axle profiles encountered on farm machinery.

Operator safety and control are handled by the same proven mechanism found on the PJ30P. The ergonomic handle-mounted "Slow Down" valve gives progressive control over lowering speed when settling heavy agricultural loads — essential when working alone in a field environment far from additional assistance. The "Self-Return" switch automatically resets the ram between lifts, reducing physical effort during repetitive operations across a working day. Industrial quality seals throughout the hydraulic circuit extend service life well beyond what standard seals achieve in the harsh, dust-laden conditions typical of agricultural use.

The 200 mm rubber-coated wheels — significantly larger than those on the PJ30P — provide the ground clearance and rolling ease needed when manoeuvring over rough workshop, yard or field surfaces. Connecting via a standard 1/4" BSP airline at 9–12 BAR (130–174 psi), the PJ30HL is ready to work wherever a compressed air supply is available. Manufactured, tested and certified to the EN1494 standard, it is the definitive pneumatic jack for agricultural and large machinery applications.
