Along with an ongoing objective to improve our business performance we look to the system to: -

1. Ensure compliance to acknowledged best practice.

2. Aim for continuous improvement in all areas of activity by taking appropriate and positive action following the analysis of data generated from the monitoring of supplier performance, internal non-compliances and customer feedback.

We will consider the adoption of other recognised methods of improvement relevant to our industry and the integration of other initiatives e.g. H&S, Environmental etc. where the introduction of the ISO disciplines would be of benefit.

The establishment and review of quality objectives, along with the effectiveness and suitability of our Quality Management System, is reviewed annually.
