The famous perforated design of a BigHead
allows plastics or adhesives to flow through the mild
or stainless steel head, 'locking' it into virtually
any plastic or composite product regardless of process.
It can also be welded, screwed or even nailed into position,
where the wide-diameter head efficiently spreads applied
dynamic loads for maximum strength. Additionally, BigBond
specialised bonding adhesives are increasing the use
of BigHeads throughout industry by permitting surface
mounting directly onto metals, composites, laminates,
